These Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are legit what I live for these days! Okay maybe that’s a little extreme, but it’s almost true. These faux wings are crisp and chewy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The hot sauce-oil mix gives these simple florets such a flavour transformation.

Not only are these vegan but they’re completely gluten-free (check the hot sauce ingredients for allergens such as gluten if you are allergic or intolerant) and require just 6 ingredients. Eat them as a side dish, a snack or even a dinner for 1 with plenty of ranch and fries – I’m tempted to make them right now actually! Also, just another fact, these literally are the perfect movie snack – goodbye nachos, hello vegan wings! Although if you a combo, try these wings with my Vegan Nacho Cheese.
Questions about Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

How to make Cauliflower Buffalo Wings?
To make cauliflower buffalo wings you need cauliflower, hot sauce, oil, cornstarch, plant milk and onion powder. The florets are brushed in a paste made with cornstarch and milk, then covered in the remaining cornstarch and onion powder and smothered in the hot sauce and oil mixture before being baked until golden and crisp.
Are Cauliflower Wings healthy?
Cauliflower buffalo wings do contain less fat as they are made with cauliflower rather than chicken wings, which contain a very high amount of saturated fat due to the chicken skin in particular. In that sense they are the healthier option, but it does not automatically mean they are not energy dense or a low-fat food.
