Nacho cheese is just one of those essentials which is needed in your fridge at ALL times. Whether its for those sad and lonely days or occasions in which a celebration is due, nacho cheese fits in perfectly for all. Now this is a bit of a tedious ingredient list, but there are only 2 steps and that worked for me!

This also becomes solid when kept in the fridge and can be used as a spread or even cut into slices or lumps! Great for topping toast, pizza and crackers when it becomes this texture. As a hot liquid sauce, it’s best for dipping, mac and cheese and other pastas, a gravy sub – pretty much anything really!

This recipe is so simple, you’ll have a tub of cheese in no time ready to dip, pour and spread away.
