Hi friends, I’m Reena Sharma RD, MSc, BSc (Hons), a vegan dietitian based in England. I graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and started practicing as a dietitian. I am HCPC registered (Health Care Professions Council) and am a full member of the BDA (British Dietetic Association) with memberships of the specialist groups in Paediatrics and Freelance Dietitians.
I initially studied Pharmaceutical Science and after graduating and working as a pharmaceutical production manager I studied and completed my MSc (Masters of Science) after which I worked as a consultant specialising in workplace health and wellbeing before moving on to dietetics.
I have lived, worked and practiced in England and China. I worked as a dietitan in London before making a move to China to lecture at a university in clinical nutrition. During this time, I volunteered as a dietitian for a charity based in Hunan. I am currently living in the England where I live with my husband and baby.
I have a real passion for cooking and a keen interest in nutrition-related health and disease. In fact, you can find some of the articles I have written in my vegan health section.
All of the recipes you will find on this website are vegan and mostly gluten-free. Whether you’re a beginner vegan, long-time plant-based eater or life-long meat lover, if you have a passion for comfort food and dessert, you’ll definitely find something that tickles your fancy. The bonus just happens to be that it’s good for you. So you can enjoy the good stuff and keep healthy and well nourished at the same time.
Feel free to keep updated on new recipes on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. For collaborations with The Vegan Dietitian, or if you have any questions, you can send an email to email@example.com.
The Sign Up page is where you can follow my blog and receive my FREE e-book which contains some of the best copycat veganised recipes I’ve made to date. Plus you’ll get updates on useful tips, how to eat for health, and of course, vegan comfort food recipes.
P.S. and at last a shameless plug for my husbands business metaliccards.com.
