Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

These healthy vegan, gluten-free Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are made with just 6 ingredients and baked, not fried. Eat them as a side dish, a snack or even a dinner for one with plenty of ranch and fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 100 ml plant milk
  • 4 tbsp sriracha or other similar hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed o

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200℃.
  • Combine 2 tbsp cornstarch with the plant milk and brush each floret.
  • Combine the remaining cornstarch with the onion powder and dip the florets in the flour mix, shaking off any excess.
  • Mix the oil and hot sauce and rub over the cauliflower.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 25 minutes, flipping over halfway.

Notes

  • Any hot sauce can be used but must have some texture e.g. creamy consistency like sriracha,
  • Air fryer can also be used to cook these cauliflower wings
