Perfect for Christmas hampers or as stocking fillers – if you haven’t eaten them all already! Only 2 ingredients – like how simple can cookery get! You can dehydrate these overnight so they’re ready for when you wake up . Such a wonderfully fragrant smell to wake up to, how Christmas is that?!

I have never envisioned a big juicy orange as a sweet crisp. My dehydrator helped me to achieve that vision. With a jar full of crisp slices of orange drenched in dark chocolate, who needs mars or snickers in their cupboards?! If you don’t have a dehydrator, these can also be made in the oven so no probs. If you’re obsessed with this flavour combo as much as me, this is perfectly encapsulated in cake form.

Buy everything you love and throw it onto melted chocolate before it transforms back into its original solid form. As it’s December, I’ve gone for a Christmas theme with orange and pistachio, candy cane and white chocolate and salted peanut toffee with sea salt. I topped this one with nuts, candy cane, white chocolate chips, nuts and some dehydrated oranges which I used to make chocolate orange cookies. […]
