Ingredients for vegan oat cookies:
- 200g Oats
- 200g Peanut butter
- 60 ml Maple syrup
- 85g Chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180℃.
- Blend oats to a fine powder in a food processor.
- Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to the oats and continue to blend until a dough forms.
- Remove and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Break off into 8-10 little balls and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Flatten the balls down and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cracked on the edges.
