
Strawberries are awesome. Cream is awesome. Put them together and what have we got? A bibbidi-bobbidi-boo. I really wanted to say that. Lame I know, but sometimes you just have to sing out that ‘ear worm’- apparently that’s what they call a song that’s stuck in your head in Germany (well so says my German BF). None of these points are relevant whatsoever so I’ll move on to my next point.

Actually, I think other than the combination of strawberries and cream being awesome, I have no other points to make, so I’ll just leave you with the recipe.

Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Serving size:
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 cans coconut cream
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 bananas
- 250g strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Place in a container and pop in the freezer.
- Mix with a fork every 1 hour for 4 hours then leave a further 2 hours before serving.
The Cinderella song is finally out of my head but now it’s been replaced by ‘Peaches and Cream’ by 112, so I’m going to go listen to that whilst I stuff my face.
