When you’re in the mood for cake, there’s nothing but cake that can satisfy that craving – well apart from these no-bake, blender Carrot Cake Energy Balls. These super cakey protein-rich carrot cake protein balls are vegan, completely free of flour, grains, gluten and sugars and filled with nothing but yummy, nourishing goodness. And guess what…just 6 ingredients- say whaaaaaat!
