Vegan Brownies
These fudgy, gooey, decadent Vegan Brownies are flourless, gluten-free and surprisingly nourishing. They take just minutes to make and can be eaten even for breakfast or after the gym. The perfect snack whenever and wherever!

- 1 banana mashed
- 120 g chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 200 g peanut butter
- 90 g cocoa powder
- 80 g walnuts chopped optional
- 65 ml maple syrup
- 150 ml soya milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Fold in the wet ingredients.
Mix together to achieve a smooth batter.
Pour into a baking tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting.
- Banana can be replaced with apple sauce or mashed dates
- Protein powder can be replaced with additional cocoa powder or other flour
- Any nut butter can be subbed for peanut butter
- Walnuts can be omitted or even replaced with other nuts
- Other sweeteners can be used instead of maple syrup such as coconut sugar, agave nectar or other syrups and sugars
