Homemade Ferrero Rocher
A simple and easy recipe for a healthy vegan version of Ferrero Rocher. Rich caramelly dates smothered in smooth chocolate and filled with a roasted hazelnut.

- 30 whole dates
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 25 ml plant milk
- 30 whole roasted hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
Using a knife, carefully slit open the date in the centre, lengthways, and remove the stone.
Insert 1 hazelnut per date in the centre and close back up by gently squeezing the date in your hand or using your fingers.
Add the milk to the chocolate and melt.
One by one, coat the dates in the chocolate (or drizzle on top if you prefer less chocolate) and then sprinkle with the crushed hazelnuts.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
